  • Contact Information: Name, company name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing addresses.

  • Engineering & Proprietary Data: 3D CAD files (e.g., STEP, IGES), 2D technical drawings (PDFs), Bill of Materials (BOM), product specifications, and material requirements submitted for quotation and manufacturing.

  • Website Usage Data: Non-identifying data such as IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited, collected via cookies to improve our website experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your proprietary data for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific requests. Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and provide accurate manufacturing quotes.

  • Execute mold design, prototype fabrication, and high-volume injection molding production.

  • Communicate project updates, engineering queries, and shipping details.

  • Process payments and manage your account.

3. Data Security & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Protecting your Intellectual Property (IP) is our top priority. We employ strict physical and digital security protocols:

  • All uploaded CAD files and engineering documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers with restricted internal access.

  • Only authorized tooling engineers and project managers assigned to your project have access to your designs.

  • We routinely sign and strictly adhere to comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving any confidential designs.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information or engineering designs to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted partners to fulfill your order, including:

  • International shipping carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders) for delivery purposes.

  • Secure payment gateways for processing transactions.

  • These third parties are legally obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (such as under the GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Request the deletion of your account and the permanent erasure of your CAD files from our servers (Right to be Forgotten) once a project is completed or canceled.
